Estimated delivery time is typically 3–8 business days, although delays caused by carriers, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We offer Free UK Shipping on all orders.If your package is delayed, lost during transit, or arrives with a shipping issue, please contact our support team and we will assist you as quickly as possible.Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund whenever appropriate.
For products shipped directly from our suppliers, returns are generally not required. In most approved cases, customers may keep the product while we process the refund or replacement.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or normal wear and tear.
